  • You can select NO SIZE OPTION for bridesmaids intending on changing weight. Final sizes are requested at least 3 months prior to your delivery date and must be emailed with your order number to [email protected]

DISPATCH & SHIPPING & COSTS

  • Once your order is complete and has passed quality inspection, your LUXETTE BOUTIQUE ACCOUNT will be updated with your tracking number, and a corresponding automated email sent to the address associated with your account.

  • Luxette Boutique, its brands and suppliers are not held liable for any extenuating circumstances outside our control regarding the arrival of your package.     • In most cases, slight alterations are easier done by you, we always recommend sizing up
    • Exchanges are completely dependent on time available for reproduction/stock availability and is at the discretion of Luxette Boutique, its brands and suppliers
  • Our full returns policy applies, we do not refund for incorrect choice or change of mind, please understand we have designed and tailored your order to your specifications
  • As our gowns are special occasion and intended for once only wears we do not refund after the event date for any reason
