    • Our gowns size chart differ from label to label, fabric, to fabric and style to style. We want to ensure we can provide the best service possible by ensuring you get the right fit from the beginning.
  5. Pricing is based on quantity of dresses you’ve purchased. Refer to the table below:
  • Our Ready to Wear collection ships after 1-2 days of confirming your order.
  • For large volume orders/bridesmaids orders, lead time to tailor and dispatch is a maximum of 12 weeks.

  • Luxette Boutique and its suppliers/brands reccomend the delivery date to be at least 1-2 months prior to your wedding/special event to ENSURE we have enough time to exchange any sizes/styles and to ALLOW you time to meet your alterations requirement
    • Late Order fee’s might apply to orders made within the 12 week period. While we take all precautions to deliver on time, you acknowledge that you are ordering at your own risk and any possible complications due to the timeliness of your request is the responsibility of you, the customer and not Luxette Boutique or its suppliers.

  • You can select NO SIZE OPTION for bridesmaids intending on changing weight. Final sizes are requested at least 3 months prior to your delivery date and must be emailed with your order number to [email protected]


  • Once your order is complete and has passed quality inspection, your LUXETTE BOUTIQUE ACCOUNT will be updated with your tracking number, and a corresponding automated email sent to the address associated with your account.
  • Luxette Boutique, its brands and suppliers are not held liable for any extenuating circumstances outside our control regarding the arrival of your package. Please DO NOT change postal addresses mid order, and always provide us with a current EMAIL ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NUMBER WITH COUNTRY CODE, A RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS AND A SHIPPING ADDRESS THAT MATCH
  • Correct shipping details are required to ensure a fast and easy delivery
  • ALL shipping costs are paid for by the customer including any returns. No refunds will be provided for shipping. Luxette Boutique, its brands and suppliers do not cover any international taxes or import costs as per our store policy Customers are responsible for all external costs,

  • We understand that sizing issues may occur once your package is recieved, let us know as soon as possible so we can move quickly and smoothly to assist
    • This is why ordering at least 4 months prior to your date is crucial for any adjustments that may need to occur
    • In most cases, slight alterations are easier done by you, we always recommend sizing up
    • Exchanges are completely dependent on time available for reproduction/stock availability and is at the discretion of Luxette Boutique, its brands and suppliers
  • Our full returns policy applies, we do not refund for incorrect choice or change of mind, please understand we have designed and tailored your order to your specifications
  • As our gowns are special occasion and intended for once only wears we do not refund after the event date for any reason


  • Samples of your dresses are available at full cost of a single gown and if you choose to commence your order this amount will be credited towards your final balance
