RETURNS

We pride ourselves on the quality of our garments, but sometimes mistakes happen. If you receive a garment that showcases a manufacturing defect you may fill out our assessment form. Attach photos of and submit with your 5 digit order number no later than 24 hours after receiving your order. Due to the demanding nature of our business any emails received AFTER this 24 hour period and AFTER your proposed wear date will not be considered.

What happens next?
We will assess your photos and email you the return address. Once we assess that the gown is deemed a manufacturers defect by our seamstress we are more than happy to offer you a replacement at no extra cost, a store credit of up to 130%, a repair at our cost or a full refund excluding shipping costs.

We will happily exchange any Portia And Scarlett purchase if there is a size discrepency only.

We do not exchange Luxette Boutique, Tania Olsen, Nookie or any of our other lines

Due to the nature of our business and its demands we expect all ladies to check the size chart of each label and be aware that every gown is made from a different fabric that can affect the fit of your dress. Refunds are issued at the discrepency of management in accordance with our policy.

You may be issued a store credit if for an exchange or for anything else of up to 130% the cost of the original purchase to spend in store. Our store credits have a 12 month expiry period. This credit will be issued to you in the form of a coupon consisting of your first and last name. Apply it at check out to activate.

COUPONS & GIFT CERTIFICATES

We offer various discount coupons in the form of fixed cart amount or a percentage off the final amount. Whatever it is, it’s yours, we want you to have it FOR LESS! Enter the code at check out and get your discounted order.

Some coupons may not be used with other offers, all discount coupons are considered SALE items and our policy applies.

All store credits and discounts are in the form of electronic coupon codes that you can apply at check out. Some of these coupons may not be used in conjunction with other offers and these are considered SALE items, and the sale items policy applies.

We offer e-gift certificates ranging from $50, $100, $150, $200, $250 to purchase as gifts for your loved ones. For hard copy gift certificates, we are able to provide these upon check out. Simply choose your preference from the product’s drop down menu.

TAILOR MADE

We know you don’t like waiting and beautiful women like you shouldn’t have too. But sometimes incredible things are worth waiting for, especially when it’s our exclusive line of couture designs or a special release by Portia & Scarlett.

We will provide you an estimated dispatch date. Please ensure your event is at least 30-60 days POST this dispatch date.

Delays in dispatch can be a result of fabric availability, manufacturing seasonal holidays, sea shipping conditions or customs verifications. While these are unlikely to happen they are not uncommon and it is imperative that our lovely customers adhere to our 30-60 day time frame to avoid disappointment.

All Bridal Gowns are to be ordered 4 – 6 months ahead of time. Rush Orders will be considered on a case to case basis, contact Amanda bridal@luxetteboutique.com.au

Bulk orders include more than 3 styles and are usually suited for hens and bridal parties/bridesmaids.

Please allow 16 – 18 weeks for all labels excluding Portia & Scarlett who will require 4 months.

Please note that we cannot produce a garment in the likeness of an EXISTING style you already have, garments can change slightly in colour depending on availability of fabric, dying process and patterning, especially with older styles like the Sienna and Frozen gowns which are now over 5 years old. Luxette Boutique and its vendorswill tailor the bulk order so that every garment in this order looks the same but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to match the style you already have. This is non negotiable, to avoid disappointment kindly do not ask.

BRIDAL & BRIDESMAIDS

Wedding Dresses are to be ordered 6 months prior to your first fitting date. Luxette Boutique will not be held responsible for any false information you provide us that delays the process of tailoring and your fitting. To ensure the best outcome, we ask you to work with us and provide us with your fitting dates and event dates so that we can work with your timeline to ensure this is a smooth and easy process for you.

Bridesmaids dresses are to be ordered 8 months prior to the first fittings, we ask that you ensure you have ordered one size up for all your bridesmaids and be prepaired to have some alterations made such as hemming or taking a gown in where possible. We allow for up to 4 cms of changes for seamstresses to be able to do this.

We offer a customisation service with our Atelier. We know that sometimes the perfect dress might mean raising the hem, adding a high neck or long sleeves and a high back. Omitting the lining, making it opaque, changing the colour, adding a belt. Whatever it is, we can do it! We have customised gowns for ladies since 2016 and will work with you and our vendors to realise your perfect dress. An additional cost will apply.

ATELIER

We know that sometimes an event can creep up on you, so while we ask our customers to order ahead we also offer a rush order option.

You can find a rush order fee option on some of our Tailor made garments. Take note of our tailoring times for every garment, these times are important and take into account the gathering/availability of fabrics or the making of the fabric and the manufactiring.

Our patters are fully customisable. We cater to Muslim women and modest ladies, or ladies who want to add a little ‘something something’ to a particular style.

Luxette Boutique have a 0 tolerance bullying and harrassment policy. We want every one to have an incredible customer service experience and we take your feedback extremely seriously. Any menacing, malicious, rude, intolerant emails, phone calls and messages on social medias will be ignored. We are responsible for the safety and mental well being of all of our staff and vendors and will not participate in tactics used to defame, slander or threaten our business or staff.

We aim to respond to all replies within 24-48 hours. Within peak seasons sometimes our responses can take a little longer. We apologise for the inconvenience. We do have a live chat feature on our facebook messenger service so you can receive real time responses for urgent requests.

As a small business, we unfortunately have been the target of unfair slander and defemation at the hands of people who have tried to extort us. As of September 1 2019 Luxette Boutique will not participate in unprofessional online arguments or be baited into nasty trolling competitions on various social media platforms. Real reviews from real Luxette Boutique customers can be found on our website where verified customers are welcomed and encouraged to leave valuable feedback that will help us improve our service but also help other shoppers choose with confidence.

All accounts of slander and defamation will be dealt with full co-operation of our lawyer. We exercise our legal right to defend our business against damaging claims made against us with the sole purpose of hurting our business and defaming our name.

MISC.

We are an Australian owned and female operated company located in Sydney, NSW, Australia. 

We currently do not have plans to open up a brick & mortar store, because operating as an online entity allows us the privelage of keeping our overheads low which flows onto our customers through competetive pricing for high quality garments and manufacturing. 

We can spend more time on customer service, listening to you and implementing changes through the valuable feedback you provide. We love to have one on one interactions with our customers and after 3 years of operation know almost all of them by first name basis. This means our customers get specialised service tailored to them and their situation and when they take advantage of our free personalised service exchanges are easier and refunds are reduced because together we get the perfect fit right the first time.

Our HQ is located from Sydney NSW and we dispatch from there.

We have two warehouses overseas that manufacture our label, some of our LXTBTQ LABEL items will ship direct from there.

All of our vendors also manufacture in China and your package can sometimes be sent direct to you bypassing our warehouse when you have made a rush order.
