  • Order Packaging, processing and dispatch can take 48 hours. We endeavour to process and dispatch your parcel as soon as possible. Please reach out if you require a rush order and dispatch. In the event that your order dispatch is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with options to continue or cancel your order.

RUSH ORDERS
Overnight delivery is available for selected postal codes via DHL courier for all Tania Olsen, Nookie and Portia and Scarlett products available in stock in our NSW warehouse. Please enquire prior to your order if you’d like to choose this option as some designers can accomodate such a request.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES

Please note the prices within our website DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur.  Please familiarise yourself with your country’s customs charges and levies prior to placing an order. These duties are charged once your order arrives at its destination (delivery country) and varies with each country.

Duties/taxes are outside our control and will vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering to avoid any unforeseen charges

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

If a customer makes an error when providing a shipping address during the checkout process, Luxette Boutique reserves the right to charge a shipping fee as quoted at time of re-shipment.

All shipping delivery times advised are provided by our shipping carriers. Luxette Boutique will not be held liable for any delivery delays made by our shipping carriers and their associates.

Luxette Boutique is not held liable for unforeseen delays made by Customs Officials/ Shipping Carrier/ natural disasters in the course of shipment.

High volume/Qty orders are subject to additional shipping fees at the discretion & request of Luxette Boutique. This also includes orders where a re-ship occurs due to a new order being placed with the use of an issued store credit where the paid shipping fees are not reasonably sufficient to cover actual re-shipment costs.

If your order consists of a Pre-Order/Made-to-Order Item with an item that is in stock, they will be shipped separately and once the Pre-Order/Made-to-Order item has completed production and is ready for shipment it will also ship. If you wish for the item which is in stock to be shipped together, please be in touch with our customer care team.

It is your duty to monitor the tracking status of your parcel. Failure to claim/collect your parcel within a reasonable time-frame (set by the postal system of your country) may result in your parcel being returned to us. In the event your parcel is returned to us, a re-shipping fee will then apply to return the item to you. Customers can track their packages using the tracking number provided to them once their order ships. Tracking is received by email and can be found in your Luxette Boutique account. It is the customers responsibility to follow the tracking of their package and contact the postal company for any delivery enquiries. Luxette Boutique is not a courier and as such is not responsible for any lost or abandoned packages, however we will always intervene on behalf of our customers to assist if any issues arise.

  • You can return an unworn item with tags within 14 days of purchase for a store credit
    • Returns must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached, free of dirt, hair, pet fur, perfume, fragrances, smoke and in original packaging.
    • Products that do not meet this criteria are ineligible for a return
    • In strict accordance with hygiene regulations swim wear, bodysuits, earrings and lingerie cannot be returned.
  • Once we have received your return, your Luxette Boutique account will be issued with store credit in the form of a unique coupon or a refund. 
  • You are welcome to use your store credit to purchase another item from Luxette Boutique
  • Returns postage is payable by the customer
    • Please ensure that you provide your tracking details to Luxette Boutique. We will not be held responsible for lost packages and cannot honour your return without your tracking details. To avoid disappointment please ensure you provide us with a tracking number or a clear photo of your lodgement receipt.
  • Sale items are ineligible for returns as these are final discounted items to clear

We advise customers that all purchases are checked within 24 hours of arrival; and notifying us immediately if there are any issues.
In the unfortunate event of a damaged item arriving to you, Luxette Boutique will immediately replace or repair it free of charge.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

  1. To make a return send an email to [email protected] with your order number in the subject header along with the reason for your return request.
  2. Include any photos and videos to speed up the process.
    Our manager will respond to you within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry.
  3. We respond to all emails through your Luxette Boutique account. Please check your spam/junk filter for any correspondence or log onto your account to follow tracking and communication from us!
  4. All returns must be received at Luxette Boutique HQ in Sydney, Australia within 21 days from the date of delivery. Any item received after the 21 day cut off is ineligible for a return and will be redirected to the sender.
  5. The cost of return shipping is payable by the customer.
  6. The customer must provide a tracking number to [email protected] failure to do so can result in your parcel becoming lost and we will be unable to honour the return.
In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Luxette Boutique is not required to provide a refund for change of mind or incorrect choice based on fit, colour, style, fabric, personal opinion of quality or authenticity. To avoid disappointment please choose carefully as all sales are final. Luxette Boutique is required to repair or replace your item in accordance with the ACCC. 

RETURNS PROCESS

  1. Once you have made your request, a Team Luxette consultant will respond to you within 48 hours with further returns instructions
  2. Our returns requests are actioned within 5 business days upon receipt of your request
  3. Luxette Boutique will accept a return of full price items that meet the eligibility criteria listed above. Luxette Boutique does not provide refunds on change of mind or incorrect fit.
  4. Upon arrival of your returned order, please allow 5 business days for processing and quality checking before a Team Luxette Consultant contacts you.
  5. Please note that further emails regarding your return will push your request back to the queue, there is no more you need to do after we have received your return and admitted it for processing.

Store Credit

  • Luxette Boutique Store Credits do not expire.
  • Credits are issued to your Luxette Boutique Account in the form of a unique code.
  • You can use this credit to purchase any item from our store or to make a special order from any of our labels via way of Luxette Boutique.
  • Luxette Boutique Store Credits are non transferable or redeemable for cash.

Special Order

Preorder/Backorder – A preorder is an item with a future delivery/dispatch date. The customer makes the payment with the expectation that they are to receive this item before sale to the public, thus reserving/securing their purchase.  Preorders cannot be cancelled.

Made to Order & Special Order – Dresses that fall under this category are tailor-made to fit the customer. We tailor these specifically for you, according to either your detailed measurements or the measurements based on our private label size chart.
Made to Order and Special Order cannot be cancelled.

*Tailoring time for these purchases start from 25 days up to 12 weeks for single items. 

Bridal & Bridesmaids

We ask our customers to consider the importance of their special day and to order in advance. The times indicated below will allow for any amendments and is a guide only.

  1. Tania Olsen and Portia and Scarlett Wedding Dresses and bridesmaids dresses require 3-6 months to order and tailor, depending on the style, design and order volume. We will discuss your options to ensure that they fit within your event time frame before proceeding. If your order falls outside of these requirements, we are always happy to cancel and refund your purchases.

We are an official reseller/distributor of the brands listed on our website. All stock will dispatch from our Australian Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane warehouses. We will also dispatch from our USA, UK and China warehouses.
As we distribute different designers, the range available and fit will vary. We reccomend you reach out if you’re unsure about sizing and we will direct you to the brands size chart.

Items sold on our website are made in Australia, Turkiye and China, with fabric sourced from China, Turkiye and India. Some of the beading on the formal gowns are made in specialist atelier’s that our labels employ and they may be in house or located overseas.

We carry a lot of stock in our various warehouses and your item will ship from one of them or one of our labels warehouses depending on the location of the stock and the location of your shipping address. Sometimes, depending on where the item is located too.

Our formal, evening and bridal styles are also made to order, pre-order and available to order ahead.

If an item is out of stock or not available for immediate delivery you will be notified by email and you will be given the option to continue with your order, exchange or cancel it as per your wishes.
