Luxette Boutique ships using express, GPS tracked couriers. Please ensure someone is home to sign for your package.
Once a parcel ships it is the customers responsibility to ensure it’s collected from its shipping destination. Changes cannot be made to your order once it’s processed and shipped.

At Luxette Boutique, all sales are final. Luxette Boutique does not offer a return for incorrect fit, colour change or change of mind. To avoid disappointment, please ensure you refer to the products size chart and reach out to our friendly style specialists to ensure this item is right for you! If your order is damaged due to a manufacturing issue, please return it for assessment. Your order can be exchanged or refunded at your discretion. Luxette Boutique Label also offer a store credit to purchase another item or use at a later date. Our store credits do not expire. Eligibility criteria applies.

Stock Availability and Mis-Shipment
In the event that your order is out of stock you are entitled to a product change or a full refund.
In the unfortunate event of a mis-shipment, your order will be redirected to you within 24 hours of notifying Luxette Boutique.
We want our customers to be happy and understand that sometimes mistakes can happen. If you receive a garment that is defective by manufacturing standards you will need to follow the returns procedure on our Customer Care page.
