Sometimes, if an item is out of stock in our Australian warehouse we will ship to you from one of the international warehouse locations (China, UK, USA). We will contact you if your size is unavailable at the time of your order and you can choose to have your item tailored for you (12 week turn around), exchange for another style or be issued with a refund.
Due to the nature of formal and bridal dresses we do not refund for change of mind or exchange for incorrect sizes. Please choose your size carefully by referring to the Portia and Scarlett Size Chart and if in doubt, we would love to tell you our reccomendation to ensure you get a perfect fit!
