Stock Availability:
Sometimes, if an item is out of stock in our Australian warehouse we will ship to you from one of the international warehouse locations (China, UK, USA). We will contact you if your size is unavailable at the time of your order and you can choose to have your item tailored for you (12 week turn around), exchange for another style or be issued with a refund.
Returns & Exchanges:
All sale orders are final, due to the nature of formal and bridal dresses we do not refund or exchange. Every order that leaves Luxette Boutique is inspected, photographed and video recorded to meet our strict compliance standards to ensure every dress we sell you is brand new.

Shipping:
We ship to virtually any address in the world. Your location may acquire customs taxes and gst set by your government. Luxette Boutique is not responsible for any duties or charges your package may incur. We ship express via GPS tracked couriers. Your package will require a signature on arrival and if you are not home it will be taken to the nearest Postal Office where you will have to sign for it. It is the customers responsibility to follow their package using the tracking number you will receive via email and text. It is the customers responsibility to make any postal related enquiries to the carrier of the package in their country.
