Due to the nature of manufacturing, delivery dates can change due to the sourcing of fabric, postage delays, customs delays or other unforseen circumstances outside of Luxette Boutique’s reasonable control.

  2. For PayPal Lay-Buy orders any outstanding balance payment is to be finalised once item/s arrived prior to its dispatch to you (the customer)

    1. Arrival delivery dates will be listed at time of purchase and advised to you via updates available in your Luxette Boutique Account.
    2. The maximum preorder length is 3 months.

    1. In the unlikely event of Luxette Boutique cancelling your order, you will be issued with a store credit valid for 1 year or the opportunity to ‘swap’ for a different item that can be delivered sooner.
    2. ┬áIf you (the customer) chooses not to wait for the delivery of your pre-order, you may choose from a store credit valid for 1 year, the opportunity to ‘swap’ for a different item that can be delivered sooner or cancel as per our cancellation policy.

BACK-ORDER: A back-order is similar to a pre-order but refers specifically to an item that is sold out and due to arrive at a later date.

You choose to check out a back-order because the item has sold out and you are happy to wait for its arrival as per our estimated delivery date.

We offer back-order sales on highly popular items that sell out quickly. A back-order could be in its recutting phase or no longer being stocked, but available to you as per your request.

Due to unforseen circumstances delays could be experienced at the manufacturing end, as a result of sourcing fabric or postage delays.

MADE TO ORDER: A made to order is an item that is not available mass produced nor is available in ready to wear. It is a design that has been patterned, tailored to a sample and photographed to advertise its likeness.

You choose to check out a made to order because you wish to purchase this unique item and are happy to wait for it to be tailored to completion for your event.

We offer made to order sales on unique or couture items that are delicate and require the time and care to be hand made. A made to order item is not available as a ready to wear purchase.

Due to the nature of manufacturing, delivery dates can change due to the sourcing of fabric, postage delays, customs delays or other unforseen circumstances outside of Luxette Boutique’s reasonable control. The cancellation policy applies and you will be notified immediately if your order is affected.

8. If you (the customer) chooses not to wait for the delivery of your made to order purchase, you may choose from a store credit valid for 1 year.

The following conditions apply for all orders.

  • All unpaid orders will be cancelled automatically after 2 days

PREORDER/BACK ORDER/MADE TO ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders cancelled within 24 to 72 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 80% of product purchase price.

  • Orders cancelled within 72 to 120 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 50% of product purchase price.

  • Orders cancelled beyond 120 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund of full shipping cost only.

  • Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

  • In the event where Luxette Boutique may need to cancel your order due to delays in manufacturing or customs delay, we will notify you and provide you a full store credit to allow you the chance to purchase something else that you can receive sooner or at a later date
